Simply Vanilla by Capella

Description

Capella’s Simply Vanilla Food Flavouring captures the smooth, familiar character of classic vanilla. Its uncomplicated vanilla profile makes it a versatile food flavour concentrate for recipes where you want to add a comforting vanilla note without introducing a more specialized dessert or bakery flavour.

Simply Vanilla works well across baking, desserts, beverages and confectionery. Use it in cakes, cupcakes, cookies, muffins, frostings, icings and dessert fillings. It can also add a gentle vanilla character to puddings, custards, creams, ice cream and other frozen desserts. For beverages, try it in milkshakes, smoothies, coffee-inspired drinks or other sweet recipes.

Vanilla is an easy partner for many other flavour profiles. Simply Vanilla can be combined with chocolate, cocoa, caramel, butterscotch, coffee and cream for richer dessert creations. It also pairs well with fruit flavours such as strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, cherry, peach and banana, helping create familiar fruit-and-vanilla combinations.

Because of its straightforward profile, Simply Vanilla can be used as the main flavour in a recipe or as a supporting note alongside more prominent flavours. It is particularly useful when you want to round out a recipe while keeping vanilla as a clear part of the overall flavour balance.

Start with a small amount and gradually adjust according to the recipe and desired flavour intensity. The amount needed will vary depending on the other ingredients and the overall flavour balance you want to achieve.
