1. Blue Raspberry Cotton Candy Jello
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water (divided) (Use 1 cup for Jigglers)
- 1 packet (7g) unflavoured gelatin (or 2 tsp agar-agar for a vegan version)
- 3 tbsp sugar (or preferred sugar-free sweetener)
- 15 ml Blue Raspberry Cotton Candy flavour concentrate by Capella
- A few drops of blue food colouring (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, add 1 cup of cold water and sprinkle the gelatin (or agar-agar) over it. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Heat the remaining 1 cup of water in a saucepan until hot but not boiling.
- Stir in sugar (or sweetener) until dissolved, then pour over the bloomed gelatin and mix well.
- Add the Blue Raspberry flavour concentrate and food colouring (if using), then stir thoroughly.
- Pour the mixture into a mold or small cups and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
2. Passionfruit Jello
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water (divided) (Use 1 cup for Jigglers)
- 1 packet (7g) unflavoured gelatin (or agar-agar for vegan option)
- 3 tbsp sugar (or sugar-free alternative)
- 15 ml Passionfruit flavour concentrate by Flavour Art
- A few drops of yellow food colouring (optional)
Instructions:
- Bloom the gelatin (or agar-agar) in 1 cup of cold water for 5 minutes.
- Heat the remaining cup of water and dissolve the sugar (or sweetener) in it.
- Pour over the bloomed gelatin and stir well.
- Add the Passionfruit flavour concentrate and mix thoroughly.
- Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
3. Coconut Cream Jello
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups water (Use 3/4 cup for Jigglers)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk for a lighter version)
- 1 packet (7g) unflavoured gelatin (or agar-agar)
- 3 tbsp sugar (or sugar substitute)
- 15 ml Coconut flavour concentrate by Capella
Instructions:
- Bloom gelatin (or agar-agar) in 1/2 cup of cold water.
- Heat 1 cup of water and dissolve sugar in it. Pour over the bloomed gelatin and stir well.
- Add the coconut milk and Coconut flavour concentrate, then mix thoroughly.
- Pour into molds and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set.
4. Orange Creamsicle Jello
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water (divided) (Use 1 cup for Jigglers)
- 1 packet (7g) unflavoured gelatin (or agar-agar for vegan option)
- 3 tbsp sugar (or sugar-free sweetener)
- 10 ml Orange flavour concentrate by Flavor West + 5 ml Vanilla Swirl flavour concentrate by The Flavor Apprentice
- A few drops of orange food colouring (optional)
Instructions:
- Bloom gelatin (or agar-agar) in 1 cup of cold water.
- Heat the other cup of water, dissolve sugar (or sweetener) in it, and pour over the bloomed gelatin.
- Stir in both flavour concentrates and mix well.
- Pour into molds and refrigerate for 3 hours until set.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups water (divided) (Use 1 cup for Jigglers)
- 1 packet (7g) unflavoured gelatin (or agar-agar for vegan option)

- 10 ml Grape Candy flavour concentrate by The Flavor Apprentice + 5 ml Dr. Pop flavour concentrate by The Flavor Apprentice
- A few drops of purple food colouring (optional)

- Heat the other cup of water, dissolve sugar in it, and pour over the bloomed gelatin.
