Bubble Gum by Capella

Description

Capella’s Bubble Gum Food Flavouring captures the sweet, distinctive character of classic bubble gum. This playful food flavour concentrate brings a familiar candy-inspired profile to recipes where a nostalgic and colourful flavour is desired.

Bubble Gum works especially well across beverages, desserts, baking and confectionery. Use it in flavoured water, lemonades, smoothies, milkshakes and other sweet beverages. It can also add a fun bubble gum character to cakes, cupcakes, cookies, frostings, icings, dessert fillings, ice cream and other frozen desserts.

Bubble Gum pairs naturally with a variety of sweet and fruity flavours. Strawberry, raspberry, cherry and watermelon can create bright candy combinations, while grape, blueberry and peach can add additional fruit character. Vanilla and cream can create a softer dessert profile, while cotton candy, candy-inspired flavours and other sweet profiles can build playful confectionery combinations.

Bubble Gum can be used as the main flavour in a recipe or combined with other food flavour concentrates to create more layered candy, fruit and dessert profiles. Its distinctive character makes it particularly useful for confectionery, frozen treats, sweet beverages, cupcakes, cookies, frostings and nostalgic dessert creations.

Start with a small amount and gradually adjust according to the recipe and desired flavour intensity. The amount needed will vary depending on the other ingredients and the overall flavour balance you want to achieve.
