Blueberry Cinnamon Crumble by Capella

Description

Capella’s Blueberry Cinnamon Crumble Food Flavouring combines the juicy sweetness of blueberries with warm cinnamon and buttery crumble notes. This dessert-inspired food flavour concentrate brings a comforting baked character to recipes where a fruity, spiced profile is desired.

Blueberry Cinnamon Crumble works especially well across baking, desserts, beverages and confectionery. Use it in cakes, cupcakes, muffins, cookies, frostings, icings and dessert fillings. It can also add a sweet bakery character to milkshakes, smoothies, puddings, ice cream and other dessert-style beverages and treats.

The blueberry, cinnamon and crumble combination pairs naturally with a variety of complementary flavours. Vanilla and cream can create a smooth, rounded dessert profile, while caramel and brown sugar can add warmth and sweetness. Apple, peach and other fruit flavours can complement the blueberry character, while lemon can provide a bright contrast. Cheesecake, custard and other creamy dessert flavours can also work well with the baked character.

Blueberry Cinnamon Crumble can be used as the main flavour in a recipe or combined with other food flavour concentrates to build more layered fruit, bakery and dessert profiles. Its combination of sweet berries and warm spice makes it particularly useful for muffins, cakes, cookies, crumbles, pies, frozen desserts, milkshakes and other comforting sweet creations.

Start with a small amount and gradually adjust according to the recipe and desired flavour intensity. The amount needed will vary depending on the other ingredients and the overall flavour balance you want to achieve.
